Ages & Ratios
What ages do you care for?+
Infants through age twelve. We tailor caregiver ratios and activities to each age group.
What are your caregiver-to-child ratios?+
Infants 1:2, toddlers 1:3, ages 4–7 1:5, and ages 8+ 1:8 — adjusted up for higher-touch events.
Hotel, Suite & Bedtime
Do you provide in-suite childcare?+
Yes. Hotel and in-suite care is one of our signature wedding services.
Can you handle bedtime routines?+
We brief on routines in advance and follow them precisely — bath, story, lights out, monitor on.
Safety & Licensing
Are caregivers certified?+
Every caregiver is professionally background-checked, CPR & First Aid certified, insured, and trained specifically for weddings and private events.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Little Guest Society carries professional liability insurance and operates with safety, documentation, and event procedures designed specifically for private events and weddings.
What happens if a child becomes upset?+
Our caregivers are experienced in helping children feel comfortable in new environments. We use age-appropriate calming techniques and communicate with parents whenever additional support is needed.
What about allergies and dietary needs?+
Captured in advance and confirmed on-site with parents before service begins.

What is included in your childcare service?+
Every Little Guest Society experience includes professionally vetted caregivers, age-appropriate activities, child check-in and check-out procedures, event coordination, and personalized planning before the celebration.
Are parents able to check in during the event?+
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to visit the childcare space at any time and may receive updates throughout the event when requested.
Destination & Logistics
Do you travel for destination weddings?+
Yes. We provide childcare for destination celebrations throughout Las Vegas and are available for travel-based events upon request.
What setup do you need on-site?+
A dedicated room is ideal, though many venues successfully utilize private lounges, suites, or partitioned event spaces. During planning, we'll recommend the best setup based on your venue and guest count.
