What ages do you care for?+
Infants through age twelve. We tailor caregiver ratios and activities to each age group.
What are your caregiver-to-child ratios?+
Infants 1:2, toddlers 1:3, ages 4–7 1:5, and ages 8+ 1:8 — adjusted up for higher-touch events.
Hotel, Suite & Bedtime
Do you provide in-suite childcare?+
Yes. Hotel and in-suite care is one of our signature wedding services.
Can you handle bedtime routines?+
We brief on routines in advance and follow them precisely — bath, story, lights out, monitor on.
Safety & Licensing
Are caregivers certified?+
Every caregiver is CPR and First Aid certified, professionally background-checked, and event-trained.
What about allergies and dietary needs?+
Captured in advance and confirmed on-site with parents before service begins.
Destination & Logistics
Do you travel for destination weddings?+
Yes. We staff destination weddings across the U.S. and select international markets.
What setup do you need on-site?+
A dedicated room or partitioned area with seating, restroom access nearby, and outlets. We bring the rest.
